Stir Fried Soybean Sprout with Chinese Leek


2 cup soybean sprout
200g Chinese leek
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning A

1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp onions, chopped

Seasoning B

1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce


1. Wash soybean sprout, mix with rice wine.
Clean Chinese leek, take out yellow leaves. Cut ino small sections.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add Seasoning A. Stir fry soybean sprout.
Add Seasoning B, stir fry. Add Chinese leek, stir fry till soft.

Add some warm water if dry.
Adding an egg will be delicious if you are not a vegan.
