Anna's Nature Regimen and Recipes Newsletter

Dear friends, Real healthy chinese recipes come from the understanding of Chinese regimen.

China's 5000 years of history reserved many precious regimen. As a Chinese, I benefited from it unconsciously previous. Now I want to dig out more and benefit more. I want to create more healthy Chinese recipes. I would like to share with you and more friends who are interested in Chinese regimen, Chinese diet culture, and Chinese food.

Ancient Chinese best explained the relationship of Human and Nature. Our life activities should coordinate with the seasonal change; The food we eat and the recipes we use should coordinate with the seasonal change. Thus, we'll avoid many disease.
