Stir Fried Black Bean Sprout with Black Fungus Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup black bean sprout
1 cup black fungus, soaked
1/2 tomato
1 egg
1 tbsp rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning A

1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp onions, chopped

Seasoning B

1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce

Preparation:

1. Cut tomato into shred.Crack egg in a small bowl. Beat well.

   Wash bean sprout, drain well, mix with rice wine.

2. Heat oil in a wok, slip in egg liquid, stir fry till it becomes solid. Pour in the small bowl.

3. Add Seasoning A. stir fry till the fragrance comes out.

4. Add black bean sprout, black fungus and tomato, warm water, stir fry for 3 mins.

5. Add Seasoning B. Stir fry till cooked.

Tip: Don't need egg if you are a vegan.
