Stir Fried Mung bean Sprout with Vermicelli Recipe

Stir fried mung bean sprout with vermicelli recipe is one of bean sprout recipes, suitable for vegan, diabetes, heart disease, obese people.

Ingredients:

2 cup Mung Bean sprout
1 handful vermicelli
2 or 3 bok choy

1 tbsp rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning A

1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp onions, chopped

Seasoning B

1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce

Preparation:

1. Wash bean sprout, drain well, mix with rice wine.

2. Boil vermicelli till half cooked. Take out, drain well.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add Seasoning A, stir fry till the fragrance comes out.

4. Add mung bean sprout, vermicelli and warm water, stir fry for 3 mins.

5. Add Seasoning B. Stir fry till cooked.

Tip: Vermicelli absorbs water, so you need to add water constantly.
