Bean Sprout Noodle Soup Recipe


1/2 cup black bean sprout
50g (about 0.1lb) noodle
1 tomato
1 tbsp rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

5 cups stock

Seasoning A

1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp onions, chopped

Seasoning B

1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce


1. Diced tomato.Wash bean sprout, drain well, mix with rice wine.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add Seasoning A, tomato cubes. Stir fry several times.

3. Add Seasoning B, warm water, stir fry till soft or even split.

4. Add 5 cups of stock and 5 cups of water. Slip in noodles when it almost becomes boiled.

5. Turn to low heat when boiling. Add water if it becomes dry.

6. Add bean sprout when the noodle is almost done (about 10-15mins, depends on).

   Stir well. Continue to boil till cooked.

Serve with warm.


Tip: Turn to low heat when boiling noodle. Otherwise the stock and water will be steamed over very fast.
