Bean Sprout Noodle Soup Recipe![]() Bean Sprout Noodle Soup Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup black bean sprout 5 cups stock Seasoning A 1 tsp garlic, chopped Seasoning B 1 tsp vinegar Preparation: 1. Diced tomato.Wash bean sprout, drain well, mix with rice wine. 2. Heat oil in a wok, add Seasoning A, tomato cubes. Stir fry several times. 3. Add Seasoning B, warm water, stir fry till soft or even split. 4. Add 5 cups of stock and 5 cups of water. Slip in noodles when it almost becomes boiled. 5. Turn to low heat when boiling. Add water if it becomes dry. 6. Add bean sprout when the noodle is almost done (about 10-15mins, depends on). Stir well. Continue to boil till cooked. Serve with warm.
