Stir Fried Black Bean Sprout with Egg Recipe


1 1/2 cup black bean sprout
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning A

1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp onions, chopped

Seasoning B

1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce


1. Crack egg in a small bowl, beat well.

   Wash bean sprout, drain well, mix with rice wine.

2. Heat oil in a wok, slip in egg liquid. Sway the wok to spread the egg on the bottom till egg liquid almost becomes solid. Stir fry. Pour out the egg in the bowl. A little oil left in the wok.

3. Stir fry the Seasoning A in the left oil. Add black bean sprout, warm water, stir fry till soft.

4. Add Seasoning B, celery and egg. Stir fry till cooked.


1. Cooking egg long time will make it hard and difficult to digest. So take out the egg when stir-frying the egg into blocks, then put back when the dish is almost done. This also makes the egg soft and fresh.

2. Adding celery at the end also makes celery fresh and crisp.
