Ingredients:

1 cup soybean sprout
1 cup black mushroom, soaked
2 or 3 bok choy

1 tbsp rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning A

1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp onions, chopped

Seasoning B

1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce

Preparation:

1. Cut black mushroom into small flakes.

   Wash bean sprout, drain well, mix with rice wine.

   Wash bok choy, take out yellow leaves.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add Seasoning A and black mushroom, stir fry till the fragrance comes out.

3. Add soybean sprout, bok choy and warm water, stir fry for 3 mins.

4. Add Seasoning B. Stir fry till cooked.
