Obesity Diet Recipes-Black Fungus Recipe 1.

Black Fungus with Celery Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

100g black fungus* (already marinated by water)

250g celery

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp vinegar

1000g water

Procedure:

1. a.Boil 600g water in a casrole.

   b.Add black fungus in the water,cook for 3mins.

   c.Take out black fungus and place it in the rest 400g cold water.

   d.Take out,set aside.

2. a.Clean celery and drain well.

   b.Add celery in the boiling water and cook for 5mins.

   c. Take out and place in cold water.

   d. Take out,drain well,cut into 0.5cm long small section.

3. a.Put celery section and black fungus in a salad dish.

   b.Mix salt,sesame oil and pepper in a bowl.

   c.Add on the celery and black fungus,stir well.

   d.Put 10mins before serve.

Serving Method:(7 servings)

Serve at breakfast,lunch and dinner as side dish. 50g per serve.

*Note: if you only have dry black fungus, you must marinate it in warm water for at least 30mins.After fungus swell enough(cannot swell more),clean and prepare to use.

Black Fungus with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:

200g chinese cabbage

1/2 cup black fungus, soaked

1/2 cup tofu

1/2 cup carrot

1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon soybean paste

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon shallot,chopped

1/2 teaspoon five spices powder

1/2 cup broth(or water if you are vegen)

Procedure:

1. Clean chinese vegetable,drain well,cut into bite-size pieces,set aside.Cut carrot,black fungus,tofu into the same size.

2. Heat the oil in a wok,add shallot,five species powder,stir.Add chinese cabbage,carrot,black fungus,stir fry 1mins.

3. Add soy sauce,soybean paste,stir well.

4. Add broth,tofu,stir well,cover,simmer 10mins over medium heat.

5. Add salt,stir fry for 3mins. Turn off heat,serve.

Serving Method(4 servings)

Serve as main dish at lunch,or dinner.
