Walnut kernel is healthy obesity diet food which contains nutrition. Eating
regularly can reduce cholesterol intake, alleviating clinical symptoms,or even
postpone/restrain illness development for those who are with hyperlipidemia and
obesity,suitable for those who are with arteriosclerosis, hypertension, coronary
heart disease.
Walnut kernel contains much fat,so don't eat too much one time,about 20g each
meal. However,most fat contained in valnut is linolenic acid which is helpful to
skin and hair.
Walnut oil,especially pecan oil contains unsaturated fatty acid(Oleic acid,
linoleic acid) as high as 88%-96%,higher than olive oil.It's high quality edible
oil for preventing arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease.

Walnut Kernel with Celery Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
50g walnut kernel
300g celery
3ml sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
Procedure
1. a. Soak walnut kernel in warm water for 5mins,don't throw away the
peel.Take out,drain well.
b. Boil water in a cooker,add celery,boil 5mins,take out and put
in cold water,quickly take out,drain well. Cut into 3cm long section.
2. a. Add salt and sesame oil in celery,stir well.
b. Add walnut,stir well.Marinate for 10mins.
c. Serve.
Serving Method:(6 servings)
Serve as side dish at breakfast,lunch or/and dinner. 58g per serving.
