Tomato
Tomato is healthy obesity diet food which contains low heat, rich dietary
fibre,rich water and rich vitamins.
Fruit pectin and other edible fibres in tomato are easy to produce satiety
feel,helping to absorb redundant fat and excrete together,and so reducing food
fat intake. Edible fibres also help to promote motility of stomach and
intestine,reducing constipation.
Tomato contains rich vitamins,in which B promotes fat metabolism with
function of lose weight and lowering blood lipid.
Obesity Diet Food- Tomato Recipe
Stir fried Tomato with Bamboo Shoots Recipe
Ingredients:
100g tomato
10g bamboo shoots
3g olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Procedure:
1.Clean tomato and bamboo shoots respectively,drain well,cut into 3cm long
sections.
2.a.Heat oil in a wok until about 110C.
b.Add tomato sections,stir quickly until half cooked(about 3mins).
c.Add bamboo shoots sections,stir fry 3mins.
d.Add salt,stir 1mins.
e.Pour out to dish,serve.
Serving Method(1 serving)
Serve as main dish or side dish at lunch or/and dinner.
