Cut dried bean curb into shreds. 2. a. Heat the oil in a wok until about 110C. b. Add chili, pepper,soy sauce,shallot,ginger,stir one time,let fragrance smell comes out. c. Add dried bean curb shreds,mashed tangerine peel,stir several times. d. Add rice wine,stock(broth). e. Cover,simmer for 5mins over medium heat, or until juice thicken. f. Add salt,stir fry 3mins over high heat. g. Turn off heat,pour out in a dish,serve. Serving Method:(5 servings) Serve as main dish at lunch or/and dinner. 53g per serving.
