Obesity Diet Food- Kelp
Kelp Kelp is healthy obesity diet food which contain very high Iodine Kelp contains large polysaccharides and dietary fibres. Kelp has good effect to those obese people who are caused by hypothyroidism. Kelp contains all kinds of minerals and trace elements which can reduce animal fat's accumulating on the vascular wall, intestine wall and heart wall. Kelp contains no fat. Obesity Diet Food- Kelp Recipe Braised Carrot with Kelp Recipe Ingredients: 250g carrot 50g kelp 15ml olive oil 2g Clove 2g anise 2g Chinese cinnamon, 2g Chinese prickly ash 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt Procedure: 1. a. Soak kelp in cold water for 24 hours,change 2 times water. b. Clean soaked kelp,drain well,cut into shreds. c. Clean carrot,cut into 4cm long strips. 2. a. Heat the oil in a wok until about 110C. b. Add kelp,stir several times. c. Add soy sauce,clove, anise and Chinese cinnamon, Chinese prickly ash,stir fry for 1min. d. Add 2 tbsp water,cover,simmer over low heat until kelp cooked thoroughly.(add water if the kelp dried during simmer). e. Add carrot strips,add salt,simmer for 10mins,or until carrot thoroughly cooked. f. Pour out to a dish,serve. Serving Method:(5 servings) Serve as side/main dish at lunch or/and dinner. 60g per serving.
