Obesity Diet Food-Gynostemma


Gynostemma is traditional Chinese herb which can be used as obesity diet food.

Gynostemma can lose weight,lower blood lipid and blood pressure,increasing blood flow volume in coronary artery and brain. So Gynostemma has good effect to prevent arteriosclerosis, hypertension,stroke,coronary heart disease,diabetes, and obesity.

Obesity Diet Food- Gynostemma Recipe

Stir fried Gynostemma with three Taste Recipe


250g gynostemma

100g black mushroom,soaked in water,

50g carrot

10ml olive oil

1/2 tsp shallot,chopped

1/2 tsp ginger,chopped

1 tbs stock(or fresh soup)

1/2 tsp salt


1. Clean gynostemma,black mushroom,and carrot respectively,cut into sliver respectively.

2. a. Heat the oil in a wok until about 110C.

   b. Add shallot,ginger,stir 2 times,let fragrance smell comes out.

   c. Add carrot,stir,add black mushroom and gynostemma,stir fry for 5mins.

   d. Add stock,simmer for 5mins over low heat.

   e. Add salt,stir fry 2mins over high heat.

   f. Turn off heat. Pour in a dish,serve.

Serving Method(5 servings).

Serve as main dish/side dish at lunch and/or dinner. 80g per serving.
