Cucumber is healthy obesity diet food which is called the best food to lose
weight.
Cucumber contains rich dietary fibre which helps to lower cholesterol,promote
putrefaction inside intestine to excretion and improve metabolism.
Fresh cucumber can restrain sugar from converting into fat,so it has good
effect to lose weight.
Obesity Diet Food- Cucumber Recipe
Oyster Mushroom with Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
250g cucumber
250g oyster mushroom
1/4 tsp chilli oil
3/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 vinegar
1/4 mashed garlic
2g cooked sesame seeds
Procedure:
1.a. Clean oyster mushroom,quick boil in water(best in stock),drain well,cut
into small slices.
b. Clean cucumber,drain well,cut into small slices.
2.a. Place cucumber slices and oyster mushroom slices in a big bowl.
b. Mix chilli oil,sesame oil, soy sauce,salt,vinegar and mashed garlic
into ingredient sauce.
c. Add the ingredient sauce(the above b) in the bowl,stir well.
d. Pour out to a dish plate,add cooked sesame seeds,serve.
Serving Method:(5 servings)
Serve as side dish at breakfast,lunch,or/and dinner. 100g per serve.
