Obesity Diet Food- Bamboo Shoot
Bamboo shoot is idea healthy obesity diet food which contains high protein,low fat and low sugar.
Booboo shoot contains rich dietary fibre which possess strong ability to adsorb lipid. When you eat amount of bamboo shoot,food lipid will be constantly adsorbed by the edible fibre and expelled out of body. This will reduce gastrointestinal mucosa to adsorb and accumulate fat.

Stir-fried Bamboo Shoot with Chicken Cubes Recipe
150g Bamboo Shoot
50g boneless chicken breast meat
15ml Olive oil
1/2 tsp rice wine
1/2 tsp garlic,chopped
1 tsp dry cornstarch
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1.a. Mix rice wine,mashed garlic,dry cornstarch,soy sauce and salt into ingredient sauce.
b. Clean chicken,drain well,cut into 1.5cm X 1.5cm cubes. Add 1/2 the above ingredient sauce,stir well,marinate for 15mins.
c. Clean bamboo shoot,drain well,cut into small pieces,same size as chicken cubes.
2.a. Heat the oil in a wok until about 110C.
b. Add chicken cubes,stir fry 2mins.
c. Add bamboo shoots cubes,stir several times.
d. Add the rest ingredient sauce,stir fry until thoroughly cooked(about 5mins).
3. Turn off heat,pour to a dish,serve.
Serving Method(5 servings).
Serve as main/side dish at lunch or/and dinner.50g per serve each person.
