Duck with Taro Soup Recipe
500g duck chest 300g taro 75g ham 2 pieces ginger 1 medium scallion 2 tsb rice wine 1 tsb salt 1 tsb pepper Procedure: 1. Cut duck chest into chunks(about 4cm) Cut ham into small cubes(1cm) Peel taro. Quick boil duck chest. wash clean.set aside. 2. Boil 10 cups of water. Add duck chunks,ginger,rice wine. Cook for 30mins on lower heat. 3. Add taro,ham. Cook 20mins. Add salt,put pepper and scallions. Remove and serve.
