Duck with Green Pepper Recipe
Ingredients:
250g duck meat
50g green pepper
1 egg white
5g scallions,minced
10g rice wine
3g salt
10g cornstarch water
Procedure:
1. Cut duck meat into slices, mixed with egg white.
Seed green pepper,cut into slices.Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in the wok until half hot. Add duck slices
,quick fry.
Add scallions,stir.
Add green pepper,rice wine, salt and cornstarch
water.
Stir fry until thicken.
Remove and serve.
