Duck Cube with Soybean Sauce Recipe
300g Boned duck
40g Bamboo Shoot
20g Sweet soybean
3g Rice wine
3g garlic, minced
3g sasme oil
1 tsp chicken soup
1 tsp sugar
1.Cut duck into 3cm cubes,bamboo shoot into 2cm cubes.
2. Heat oil in the wok until the oil surface ripple.
Put duck cubes, quick stir fry in high heat until the color on duck surface turns light.
Add sweet soybean,rice wine,ginger,garlic. Stir fry until fragrance comes out.
Add bamboo shoot. Stir fry.
Add scallions,sugar and chicken soup.Stir fry.
Turn heat to medium.Stir fry until thicken.
Sprinkle sesame oil,remove and serve.
