Boiled Egg with Tuber Fleeceflower Recipe

Ingredients:

10g tuber fleeceflower

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp rosemary

Procedure:

1. Boil eggs, cool, peel off.

2. a. Add tuber fleeceflower, salt,rosemary and 1 1/2 cup of water in the cooker, bring to a boil over high heat.

   b. Continue to boil over low heat for 5mins.

   c. Add peeled eggs, bring to a boil again.

   d. Turn off heat, stay 5mins before serve.

   e. Eating eggs.
