1000 Calorie Menu Recipes Day 7 Breakfast Menu RecipesHow to boil egg? Let's learn the right method.
1. Clean egg, add to a cooker.
2. Add water in the cooker, let water cover the egg.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Cook for about 7-8mins over medium heat.
5. Turn off heat. Quickly take out egg using a scoop. Put egg in a bowl.
6. Add cold water in the bowl as soon as you put egg in, let water cover the egg.
7. 3-5mins later, you can peel the egg easily.
Note: Let just boiled egg in cold water for a few mins, you will feel easy to peel egg.
B. 1 cup skim milk
Don't drink milk that's just taken out from refrigeratory. Let it stay for 5-10 mins under room temprature.
C. A piece of whole wheat bread.
D. A cup of fresh fruit juice.
Don't add any sugar,honey,etc,just fresh fruit. But you can put different fruit in juice extractor.

How to steam rice? Let's learn the right way.
A. Steamed Rice(two servings)
200g clean water
1. Clean rice, put rice in a case(big bowl,or steel basin),add 200g water.( Put your first finger in the water. The height between the surface of the rice and the surface of the water should be about the same length of the first section of your first finger.)
2. Let rice marinated in water for about 1-3 hours(at least 30mins) before cook.
3. Put the case in a steamer.(don't add or pour out any water in the case).
4. Add a drop of sesame oil. Steam for about 20-30mins.(you need to steam more time if you didn't marinated before cook).
5. Turn off heat, let rice stay in steamer for 10-20mins with cover on.
1. Let rice marinated in water at least 30mins before cook.The rice is more delicious.
2. You may use tea soup to steam rice,it's more delicious and healthy.
3. You may add tomato sauce to make steamed tomato sauce rice.
B. Stir fried beef with celery
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger,chopped
1 tsp shallot,chopped
1/2 tsp rice wine
8g olive oil
1. a. Mix cornstarch,ginger,shallot and rice wine into ingredient sauce,stir well.
b. Cut beef into small slivers. Add 1/2 ingredient sauce(the above a).Marinate for 15mins.
2. a. Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat until about 110C.
b. Add beef slivers, stir 1mins, or the surface of beef turns white.
c. Add celery,quick-stir 2mins over high heat.
d. Add salt,stir several times.
e. Add the rest 1/2 ingredients sauce, stir fry for 2mins.
f. Pour out to a dish,serve.
C. cucumber salad
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1. Clean cucumber,cut into 1cm X 4cm slivers.
2. Put cucumber in a case,add inegar,salt,sugar and sesame oil,stir well.
3. Let cucumber marinated in the sauce for 30mins before serve.
4. Pour out to a dish,serve.

A. Steamed Bread(Two servings)
50g clean water(don't use too cold nor hot water, same with the room temperature)
1. a. Add flour and yeast in a basin. Stir by using a chopstick while adding water slowly in the same time.
b. Stir until water and flour fully mixed and become paste.
c. Use your hand to knead into one big paste.
d. Put paste in a warm place until the paste fermented. Snead paste again into a long strip.
e. Cut the strip paste into five small same size paste.
2. a. Put five paste in a steam drawer( you may first put a piece of lotus leaf on the drawer)
b. Steam for 30mins.
c. let bread stay for 5mins before take out from steam.
Tips: you may add dates,or nuts on/in the paste,making into steamed bread pudding.
250g clean water.
1. Clean millet, add millet and water in a cooker.
2. Bring to boil over high heat.
Cook for 40mins over medium heat.
3. Let the porridge stay for 5mins before serve.
Tips. The best is to buy a pot for cooking porridge.
C. Stir fried black mushroom with cole
10g black mushroom(after soaked in water)
5g olive oil
1/2 tsp ginger,chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp cornstarch + water
1. Clean cole,drain well.(don't need to cut into small pieces,but you can cut if you like).
2. a. Heat the oil in a wok until about 110C.
b. Add ginger,stir 2 times.
c. Add black mushroom,stir fry 1min. Add 1 tsp water if dry.simmer for 3mins.
d. Add cole, stir fry 2mins over high heat.
e. Add salt,stir, add cornstarch +water,stir.
f. Add garlic,turn off heat. Stay for 1min with cover on to let garlic smell .(If you don't like the smell of garlic,then you don't need to use garlic and don't need to cover for 1min)
3. Pour out to a dish.( You can arrange black mushroom in the middle of the dish,and cole around outside the mushroom). Serve.
Remind: 1000 Calorie Menu is 7-day diet plan only for those obese people who just began their lose-weight diet plan, or those who want to lose weight fast and slim in short term.
As a normal person needs at least 1200 Calories to keep basic activities each day, so no matter what conditions you are in , you shouldn't try this menu for above 2 weeks.
