Waterless Cookware Recipes

Some recipes by using waterless cookware

1. Chicken with Brocoli Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite size

1 bunch of brocoli

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp mashed garlic

1 tsp cornstarch

Procedure:

1. Mix soy sauce, mashed garlic and cornstarch into ingredients, marinate chicken pieces in it for 10mins.

2. Clean brocoli, cut into small pieces.

3. Add marinated chicken pieces in the pan, add brocoli on or around the chichen.(If brocoli is already dried,add 1 or 2 tablespoon water)

4. Cover,start medium heat and wait for the whistle.

5. Close the valve, turn to low, cook for 10mins,or until to the desired doneness.

When serving, you can eat directly,or add any ingredients to taste.( You may not believe the flavor as there is no oil and water, but you can try, it's really tasty)

2. Stir fried Green vegetable recipe

Ingredients:

250g seasonal vegetables(spinach, cabbage,cole,celery,etc)

5g olive oil

1 tsp soy sauce

Procedure:

1. Clean vegetable.

2. Add oil, vegetable in the pan,cover.

3. Start medium heat,wait the whistle,close valve,stir several times,finish cooking.

4. Add soy sauce to taste,serve.

3. Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

250g spinach

5g sesame oil

Procedure:

1. Clean spinach,add in the pan,cover.

2. Start medium heat,wait the whistle,close valve, stir several times,finish cooking.

3. Add sesame oil,add salt or other ingredient to taste,serve.
