Tofu Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 box tofu, soft
1 egg
several vegetable leaves
2 tablespoon cornstach,mixed with water
2 cup of chicken soup/stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Procedure:
1. Add chicken soup in a saucepan,add vegetable leaves,bring to a boil.
2. Over high heat, slowly add cornstarch-water mixture while stir soup,
making sure cornstarch mixture mixed in the soup evenly.
3. Beat egg liquid in a bowl, slowly add in the saucepan while stir the
soup,making sure the egg liquid becomes thin flakes or thread not solid blocks.
4. Add salt, scoop tofu by tablespoon, add in the soup,carefully stir.
5. Add sesame oil,stir well,cover,turn off heat, let to stay 5mins. Serve.
Note: If you only have form tofu you shoud add tofu before add egg
liquid.
If you are a vegetarian you can use water instead of chicken soup,but you
need add more sesame oil.
