Stewed Tofu Celery Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 block tofu 1 cup celery, cut into small section 2 tablespoon olive oil Seasoning A 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with water Seasoning B 1 teaspoon shallot, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon oyster sauce procedure: 1. Cut tofu into small pieces, coat with Seasoning A for 15mins. 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add Seasoning B till fragrance comes out. Add tofu cubes, spread and stir fry 3mins. 3. Add celery sections, oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon stock. Stir well. Cover, simmer for 10mins. 4. Turn off heat, arrange on a plate, serve. Beneficial Function: Regulate middle energy, clear away heat,reduce blood pressure and blood sugar. Suitable for diabetes caused by depletion-thirst in lung, especially those with hypertension.
