Stir Fry Green Vegetable with Dried Small Shrimp
250g green vegetable(Chinese cabbage, cole,spinach,celery,etc)
10g dried small shrimps, soaked
9g vegetable oil
5g scallions, chopped
1. Clean green vegetable and cut into 1.5inch(4cm) long.
2. Heat oil in a wok until the surface ripple.
Add shrimps, scallions, stir
Add green vegetable, stir fry until 80% cooked
Add salt, stir fry over high heat until cooked.
