Stir Fry Cabbage with Green Pepper Recipe


200g cabbage

50g green pepper

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon scallions,chopped

1 teaspoon ginger,chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Cut cabbage and green pepper into 1.5 inch lont slices

2. Heat the oil in the wok,add ginger,scallions,stir fry until fragrance

   Add cabbage until half cooked

   Add soy sauce, stir fry

   Add green pepper,stir fry

   Add salt, stir fry serveral times over high heat.
