Stir Fried Leek with Egg Recipe


2 egg,large

250g leek

1 teaspoon shallot,chopped

1 teaspoon five species powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

(When stir fry egg,it's better spread egg liquid on the bottom first,then stir fry. Thus the cooked egg is thin,tasty and nice color.)


1. Crack egg in a bowl,add 1/2 teaspoon water,shallot,1/5 teaspoon salt,stir and mix well(make sure egg white and egg yolk mix evenly).

2. Clean leek,drain well,cut into 1inch long section.

3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat,slip egg liquid,change heat to low. Sway egg making the liquid spread on the bottom of the wok evenly.Stir into blocks when the liquid becomes solid.

4. Add five species powder,the rest salt, leek section,stir fry 2mins,or until leek becomes soft.

5. Turn off heat,arrange in a plate,serve.

Serving Method:(4 servings)

Serve as main dish at breakfast,lunch, or dinner.
