Steamed Eggplant with Garlic Salad Recipe
1 teaspoon sesame paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon garlic,minced
1. Wash eggplant,cut into chunks,place on a plate.
Add in the heater.
Steam 10mins, or until the eggplant cooked.
2. Remove, cool 2mins.
Mix sesame paste,salt,garlic and vinegar.Stir with the eggplant.
Sprinkle sesame oil.Serve.
Note: This recipe tender and soft,very suitable for old people.
