Radish with Mirabilitum depuratum Drink Ingredients: 2500g fresh radish 15 pure mirabili depuratum(–pÉPU XIAO,herb) 2500ml(10 cups) water Procedure: 1. Clean radish,cut into thin flakes. 2. Add 500g radish flakes,Mirabili Depuratu, water in a saucepan. 3. Cook over low heat until radish becomes almost mashed.Take out mashed radish,add additional 500g radish flakes. 4. Repeat step 3. for 5 times. You'll get 1000ml radish juice. Serving Method: (3 servings) Serve with warm before meals. 3 times a day. Beneficial Function: Clear heat, promote Qi through and smooth,soften hard,defecation. Suitable for those who are with constipation caused by accumulating heat in stomach and intestines.
Note: Mirabili Depuratu is herb used to cure hard and solid caused by hot
and dryness in Traditional Chinese Medincine. Those who are weak,old age,or with
constipation caused by deficiency are not allowed to use. You can buy it from
