Rabbit Stew Recipe with Goji
This Rabbit Stew Recipe is prepared with Goji, strengthening the function of nourishing Yin.
Ingredients:
15g Goji
250g rabbit meat
1 cup cabbage, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup carrot, cut into small cubes
Seasoning A
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon shallot,chopped
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
1. Clean rabbit meat, cut into small cubes. Put in a pot,add Seasoning A. Add 10 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
2. Simmer for 30mins over low heat. Add cabbage and carrot.Continue to cook till all the meat and vegetables cooked.
3. Add salt, cook additional 10mins. Turn off heat, serve.
Serving Method: Drink soup, eat meat and vegetables. Serve one time every two days.
Beneficial function: To nourish Yin, clear away heat, protect blood vessel. Suitable for diabetes caused by kidney deficiency, especially those who has complication of heart disease.
