Purslane Salad Recipe - in Garlic Sauce Recipe is cancer diet recipe.

Ingredients:
500g purslane
Seasoning A
5 cloves of garlic,ground
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon black sesame seed*, ground
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Procedure
1. Clean purslane, boiled in water. Take out,drain well, cut into small
section.
2. Arrange in a plate. Add Seasoning A, mix well.
Serving Method: Serve as side dish at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
*Note: The sesame seed should be cooked. If not, you can bake or stir fry to
cooked, then grind.
