Oyster Kelp Soup


Insomina cures recipe: Oyster Kelp Soup

Ingredients:

250g oyster

50g kelp

1 tablespoon ginger,chopped

1 tablespoon shallot, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic,chopped

1 teaspoon rice wine

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Procedure

1. Clean kelp, cut into small pieces,add in a pot, add 3 cups of water. Heat in a low heat until cooked(about 30mins).

2. Add oyster,rice wine, salt,ginger, shallot, garlic. Bring to a boil. Sprinkle sesame oil. Turn off heat, serve.

Serving Method: Eat oyster and kelp and drink soup. Serve as soup before each meal. One small bowl each time.
