Mushroom Chichen Soup Recipe

500g(about 1lb) chicken with bone,skinless
5 pieces mushroom
2 trips carrot
1 teapoon rice wine
1 blok ginger
1 star anise
1 teaspoon salt
3 cup stock
3 cup water
1. Clean chicken meat, cut into small blocks. Clean with hot water(remove bad smell).
2. Add all the staff, chicken blocks,mushroom, onion, carrot, rice wine,ginger, anise, stock and water in the rice cooker.
3. Cover,set 30mins.
4. 30mins later,add salt to taste,cover and let it stay 10mins. Serve.
You can serve with rice, or noodle.
Note: Cooking with electric rice cooker is very suitable for those who need to work at day time. You can do it before you go to work in the morning, then mushroom chicken soup is ready when coming back from work.
If you don't have electric rice cooker, then use big saucepan. Of course, this won't allow you to leave when you cook.
