Mung bean soup for hypertension

Mung Bean Soup is high blood pressure diet recipe.


Mung Bean can clear away liver heat which is the main reason to cause hypertension in view of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine).

If you are with constipation add 50g liquorice. If you are with diarrhea add Goji berry and Astralagus Root(Huang Qi).

Prepare 500g mung bean, add 10 cups of water. Bring to a boil, continue to cook 5-6mins.

Serving method: Serve as drinks at daytime. Serve with warm.

Mung Bean with Liquorice Soup

This is for those who are with high blood pressure and constipation.

Ingredients:

500g mung bean 

50g liquorice

Procedure:

1. Clean mung bean and liquorice, put in a clay-cooker.

   Add 10 cups of water.

2. Bring to a boil. Continue to cook 5-6mins over medium heat.

3. Turn off heat, drink soup with warm.

Mung Bean with Goji and Astralagus Root Soup

This is for those who are suffering high blood pressure and diarrhea.

Ingredients:

500g mung bean

100 pieces of Goji berry

5 pieces Astralagus Root

Procedure:

1. Clean mung bean Goji berry,put in a clay-cooker. Add 10 cups water.

2. Bring to a boil. Continue to cook 5-6mins over medium heat.

3. Turn off heat. Add Astralagus Root. Serve when it's not so hot.
