Milk with Millet and Chinese Date Porridge
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh milk
15 pieces Chinese date
100g millet
Procedure
1. Clean millet and Chinese date, add in a pot,add 3-4 cups of water, bring
to a boil.
2. Reduce heat, continue to cook for 40mins over low heat.
3. Add milk, stir well,bring to a boil again. Turn off heat, serve.
Serving Method: Serve in the morning and in the evening. Two times a
day. One small bowl each time.
Beneficial function: To nourish Yin, suitable for those who are with insomina caused by Yin deficiency.
