Leftover Turkey with Brocoli Recipe

This stir fried Leftover Turkey with Brocoli Recipe is coached with thin wet starch, tender and smooth, Suitable for those who are with cancer, heart disease and diabetes.


Ingredients:

1 cup leftover turkey

1 cup brocoli

1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Seasoning A

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon shallot, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Seasoning B

1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with water

Procedure:

1. Clean brocoli, split into small pieces. Poached. Drain well.

   Cut leftover turkey into small flakes.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add the Seasoning A, let the fragrance come out.

3. Place brocoli blocks and turkey flakes, stir fry.

   Add one tablespoon stock.

   Add Seasoning B

   Stir fry till fully cooked.

Serve with steamed rice.

Note: if the brocoli is very tender you don't need to poach before stir-fry.
