Kelp with Garlic Salad
Ingredients:
30g garlic, minced
30g kelp,soaked
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Procedure:
1. Clean kelp, cook in boiling water for 30mins, or until thoroughly cooked.
2. Cool in cold water, cut kelp into thread,put in a bowl.
3. Add salt, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil in the bowl(with kelp), stir well.
Cool in refrige for 10mins. Take out, serve.
Serving Method: Serve as side dish in the morning, lunch or dinner.
Beneficial function: Resolve phlegm, reduce fat, smooth Qi. Help to
treat coronary heart disease caused by phlegm stasis.
