Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe

This Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe adopts pineapple in the seasoning, with fruit flavor. To make chicken breast taste stronger, the meat is pounded before marinated.

Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe

1 piece skinless chicken breast

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

Seasoning A

2 pineapple flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

Seasoning B

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

1/2 onions,chopped

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon pepper

1 tablespoon cornstarch


Directions for Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe

1. Making seasoning A. Put pineapple and salt in a blender, blend well.

2. Put chicken breast on the chopping board, slightly pound both side of the meat by using the back of the knife blade, making meat loose and tender.Tap about 5 mins. (the flavor is easy to be absorbed). If the chicken breast is too thick cut into 2 layers.

3. Marinate meat in seasoning A for an hour. Add Seasoning B, marinate for additional an hour or over night in fridge.

4. Take out chicken breast, drain well, leave the marinade as baste. Put chicken breast on medium-high coal, grill for 20mins on both side. Brush marinade once every 5mins.

5. Brush marinade on bell peppers. Grill 5mins on each side.

6. Arrange chicken and bell peppers on a plate, serve together with steamed rice.
