250g boneless chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

1. Cut chicken breast into strips. Marinate in Seasoning A for 15mins. Boil in boiling water for 5-10mins. Take out,drain well,set aside.
2. Cut potato into strips,boil in water for 10mins. Take out, drain well.
3. Boil asparagus in water for 5mins,take out,cut into small section.
4. Arrange chicken strips,potato strips and asparagus in a big bowl, cool. Add Seasoning B, stir well. Serve.
