Three Foods you cannot eat in the morning

1. Very cold drinks: Big difference in temperature will stimulate the gastrointestinal tract, and so may result in sudden spasm

2. Banana: Banana contains lots of magnesium which is one of the sensitive factors of influncing heart function. If eating when your stomach is empty in the morning, magnesium volumn in blood will greatly increase.

3. Pinapple: Pinapple conains strong ferment. It'll hurt your stomach when your stomach is empty. Its nutrition will be absorbed well after meal.

Additional,don't eat vinegar or garlic when your stomach is empty in the morning. When your stomach is empty, vinegar will hurt your stomach and garlic may cause stomach sudden spasm.
