Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
200g cucumber
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic,minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Procedure:
1. Clean cucumbers, cut into 2 inch long strips, place in a plate
2. Mix sesame oil , soy sauce, vinegar,garlic,sugar and salt.
Add on the cucumber strips, stir well.
3. Marinate 15mins,serve.
