Cinnamon Powder Porridge
Ingredients
3g cinnamon powder
100g rice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1000ml water
Procedure:
1. Add water in a pot, bring to a boil,add water.
2. Cook for 40mins over low heat, or until rice break up.
3. Add cinnamon powder, brown sugar, bring to a boil again.
4. Turn off heat, eat with warm.
Serving Method: Serve at breakfast and dinner. A cup each time.
Beneficial Function: Warming and nourishing heart-yang, invigorating
spleen. Suitable for those coronary disease patients who are deficiency in
heart-yang.
