Braised White Gourd Recipe


250g white gourd

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup caraway


1. Peel white gourd,cut into 1.5 inch section.

   Wash caraway,cut into the same long section as white gourd.

2. Heat the oil in a wok.

   Add white gourd, soy sauce,stir fry until half cooked.

   Add 1 cup of water.

   Cover,bring to a boil.

   Add caraway and salt.

   Remove and serve.
