Braised Small Shrimps with Green Vegetable

Ingredients:

250g Green Vegetable(cole,Chinese cabbage,spinach,brocoli,etc.)

3g small shrimps

2g rice wine

4g salt

2g ginger, chopped

2g scallions, chopped

Procedure:

1. Clean vegetable and cut into 1.5inch(4cm) long sections.

   Wash small shrimps in warm water.

2. Heat oil in a wok until ripple.

   Add ginger,scallions,stir fry until fragrant.

   Add shrimps,rice wine, stir fry several times.

   Add green vegetable, stir fry several times

   Add 1 cup of warm water,turn down heat to medium.

   Cover,simmer until half cooked.

   Add salt,stir fry until cooked.

   Remove,serve.
