Braised Chinese Cabbage with Saint Georges Mushroom Recipe
250g Chinese Cabbage
1/2 cup saint georges mushroom
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon olive oil
1. Soaked saint georges mushroom in warm water
Cut off pedicel, wash clean,cut into small pieces.
Wash the cabbage,drain well, and cut into 1.5 inch by 1 inch(4cm by 2.5cm) pieces
2. Heat the oil in a wok, add chinese cabbage,stir fry until half cooked.
Add soy sauce, salt, sir fry several times
Add 2 cups of warm water
Cover, simmer over medium heat until cooked
1. Clean cabbage,cut into bite-size pieces.Soaked saint georges mushroom in warm water, cut into small pieces. 2. Put oil,cabbage,mushroom in the pan,cover.Start medium heat,wait the whistle,turn off heat.
3. Uncover,add salt,or other sauce you like to taste,stir several times. Serve.
