Braised Chinese Cabbage with Bamboo Shoot and Black Mushroom Recipe


Ingredients:

200g Chinese Cabbage

1/2 cup black mushroom

50g bamboo shoot

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoon olive oil

Procedure:

1. Wash the cabbage,drain well, and cut into 1.5 inch by 1 inch(4cm by 2.5cm) pieces.

   Soaked mushroom in warm water,take out the mushroom,keep the water as soup(there are much nutritional material inside)

 Cut off pedicel, wash clean,cut into small pieces.

   Cut bamboo shoot into 1 inch long slices.

2. Heat the oil in a wok until rippled on surface.

   Add chinese cabbage, stir fry 2min.

   Add 2 cups mushroom soup

   Add mushroom and bamboo shoot.

   Cover,bring to a boil

   Add salt,1 cup mushrom soup

   Simmer over low heat until cooked ( If water dry and not cooked,add some warm water).

   Remove,serve.
