Boiled Prawn Recipe - in Peony Shape

Prawn in Peony Flower Shape

This Boiled Prawn recipe finished in Peony Flower Shape. The preparation is very simple: marinate, boiled and serve. But it's arranged beautifully on a plate and healthy served with bird's nest.

Ingredients:

24 prawn,

16g Swiflets Nest

Seasoning A

1 tablespoon rice wine

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Seasoning B

3 flakes ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon rice wine

6 spinach leaves, medium

Procedure:

1. Clean prawn, shelled,remove the head and the tail. Cut in half from the back but keep the abdomen connect. Marinate in Seasoning A for 15mins.

2. Beat the marinated prawn into flakes by a stick.

3. Add water in a cooker, add seasoning B, bring to a boil. Turn to low heat, add prawn. Simmer 5mins or till cooked.

4. Take out, arrange peony flower shape on a plate. Place the nest on the top of each flower. Garnish with spinach leaves. Serve.
