Black Mushroom White Gourd Recipe
This Black mushroom white gourd recipe can be prepared by stirring fry or stewing. White gourd has mushroom flavor.
Ingredients:
100g black mushroom (shiitake mushroom)
300g white gourd, soaked
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Seasoning A
1 teaspoon shallot,chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
Seasoning B
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 teaspoon oyster oil
Seasoning C
1 tablespoon cornstarch,mixed with water
Procedure:
1. Cut black mushroom and white gourd into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add Seasoning A till fragrance comes out. Add mushroom and white gourd cubes. Stir fry evenly.
3. Add 1 tablespoon stock and seasoning B, stir, cover, simmer for 10mins.
4. Add Seasoning C, stir evenly. Turn off heat, arrange on a plate,serve.
Serving Method: Serve as side dish at breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Beneficial Function: To supplement Qi and deficiency, reduce blood pressure and blood sugar.
Suitable for diabetes caused by depletion-thirst in stomach.
