Arugula saladArugula salad Arugula (芝麻菜)has sesame taste, so it's called sesame vegetable in Chinese. It's popular in spring and late summer. Arugula is served in soup, stir fried dishes or salad. Ingredients: 200g arugula Sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Clean arugula, put in boiling water. Boil till the leaves are easy to be bitten off. 2. Take out and add in drinkable cold water. Drain well. 3. Cut into small sections. 4. Mix Sauce well. Pour on the arugula, stir evenly.Serve.
