Areca Seed Porridge Recipe
Ingredients:
15g Areca Seed
100g rice
15g honey
1000ml water
Procedure:
1. Decoct Areca Seed in water(about 30mins), remove dregs,leave soup.
2. Add rice in the soup,cook for about 40mins over low heat.
3. Cool,add honey,stir well,serve with warm.
Serving Method:
Serve as main food before breakfast and dinner. Serve before you eat any other
food and when your stomach is empty. 2 times each day.
Beneficial Function: Resolve food stagnancy, defecation. Suitable those
who are with constipation caused by food stagnancy.
