Aloe and Banana Porridge Recipe


15g aloe

100g banana

150g rice

500ml water


1. Clean aloe, cut into 3cm cubes. Peel banana, cut into 2cm long section.

2. Add rice,aloe,banana and 500ml water in a cooker, bring to a boil over high heat.

3. Turn to low heat, continue cook 35mins. Serve.

Serving Method: Serve at breakfast,lunch, or dinner. 1 cup per serving.

Beneficial Function: Smooth intestines, defecation, moisture Yin, clear heat and detoxification, suitable for those who are with constipation.
