Aloe and Banana Porridge Recipe
Ingredients:
15g aloe
100g banana
150g rice
500ml water
Procedure:
1. Clean aloe, cut into 3cm cubes. Peel banana, cut into 2cm long section.
2. Add rice,aloe,banana and 500ml water in a cooker, bring to a boil over high
heat.
3. Turn to low heat, continue cook 35mins. Serve.
Serving Method: Serve at breakfast,lunch, or dinner. 1 cup per serving.
Beneficial Function: Smooth intestines, defecation, moisture Yin, clear heat
and detoxification, suitable for those who are with constipation.
